RETURNS

All perishable sterile items are non refundable. Once sold, they are sold. All other items we stand behind 100%. If you  are not happy, we'll make you happy, guaranteed.

PAYMENT

All C.O.D. orders are only available within Canada and are subject to a C.O.D. fee. For all other orders we offer Paypal, Credit Card or Money order payments.

SHIPPING

We ship exclusivly via Canada Post. Inside Canada the default shipping option is Express Post as it is fast, secure, trackable and insured. Outside of Canada we prefer Expedited as it offers the same benefits, however we will ship to your likings upon request.
